3 alternating levels of gathered ruffles trimmed in lce. all gathered up into a nice smooth fitted waistband that ties in the front with a wide black satin ribbon.
can be worn as open or as closed as you prefer fits hips/low waist best from 32-38" 20" long from waist to hem
can be worn with a black lace ruffle bustle underskirt as shown below at an additonal cost
