Measures- is 9" tall at center front and 8" tall at center back, 5 1/2" tall at side seams.
Edges are finished with solid brown cotton bias. 3 d-rings at side seams 2pc grommets at front and back Brown satin ribbon lacing at front and back Completely lined and has plastic boning at each seam. does not bend flimsily as the vinyl is nice and thick Lined in brown and beige poly stripe. inner lined with heavy duty canvas has two removable pockets. clips can also be used to hike up your skirt layers *please not skull snap might vary, but will be Antique brass
