Shipping Information:

Your parcels are sent to you via United States Postal Priority Mail. If you need an item by a certain date, please email us to ask if it's possible. We usually ship within 3 business days of order's placement, pending stock availability. Shoes and arrive separately and take 1-2 weeks

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

We believe that you deserve peace of mind when ordering online. We want you to be happy with your order and if for some reason you are not satisfied, contact us within 15 days and we will either exchange your product or give you a refund. Please contact us via the email form on our site to start the return process. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. For the health of all citizens, we cannot accept returns on stockings or undergarments and all items must have tags attached and in new, unworn condition All shoe purchase, must be returned without stickers or markings on the outside box,tissue and inner packing included as originally shipped to you, ready for resale. any shoes returned without this wil be refused and returned to you. please make sure to wrap in brown paper before attaching any return labels or postage. please do not tape boxes closed in any way. For shoes: Please wear them on carpet to ensure fit. We cannot accept exchanges on shoes that have scuffs on the body or sole. Shoes are only exchangeable for size and not returns. Shoes returned to us in damaged boxes will not be accepted. Damages include stickers on the box, broken or crushed boxes, or missing packing materials.
